Hi Dan,
Sorry this sat unanswered for so long. Good news: you don’t need a reset anymore. Every free practice exam and topic quiz now allows unlimited retakes. Submit the exam, review your answers and the explanations, then retake it whenever you like.
A tip on using retakes well: don’t retake right away. Study the topics you missed first, then come back. Otherwise you end up remembering the answers instead of learning the material, and your score stops telling you anything.
The free practice exams page lists what’s in each exam. If the retake option ever doesn’t show up for you, reply here and we’ll take a look.
