Rey – great question! A lot of people face that. You absolutely must put the learnings into practice or you’ll lose them.
You have a couple of options:
1) Find projects at your current employer.
2) Volunteer.
3) Teach.I put together a couple of resources to help people find Six sigma projects here. Also, another article on general professional development for six sigma practioners.

Week 1: This week we want to get a baseline of where you are in your understanding of the topics that are being tested in the ASQ Black Belt exam. There are 3 easy assignments this week:
1) Take the free sample quiz here. Grade yourself and post your results. Identify which are your strong topics and which are your weak ones.
2) Read through the ASQ Black Belt Body of Knowledge here. What topics are you not as strong as you’d like to be in?
3) Post a follow up reply with what ever questions you have on the test.
