      Basic Green Belt Study Guide (Free)

      Hi Ted

      The web site is showing my practice Black Belt exam as being complete (green tick) but I had hardly started the exam. Now I cannot redo it.

      How do I un-tick / rest such that the exam is not shown as being completed and so that I can actually do the exam?

      Bob, this should be resolved by a recent software update that I did. Please check it again and let me know. If it’s still not resolved, I will manually re-set your account to force it to take hold.
