When I was studying for my Black Belt exam I wanted to make sure that I learned every topic.
So I took the Body of Knowledge (BOK) – the list of all of the topics that the exam covered and I made a web page for each one. On each page I started writing everything I knew about that topic.
Over time people found that page and asked about other BOKs. So I made those, too.
It’s a great study guide. It’s free to the world. Literally, people have used those resources Hundreds of Thousands of times.
But they are also overwhelming.
I know. When I made them I thought ‘Holy !@#$, I really have to know all of this?’ There has to be a better way of preparing.
And apparently I’m not alone.
When people find those BOKs they ask what’s the difference between that and the Pass Your Six Sigma Green Belt course I offer.
Here’s a question that recently came from Giorgio R.:
I have a fundamental question before I purchase the package: Will the package include all information to be read to learn, or are we always using the IASSC Six Sigma Green Belt Study Guide ?I want something more specific to follow through, not looking at links and all. What material would i get that is not included in the free package?
It’s an understandable question. ‘Is this random guy on the Internet trying to sell me something he put out there for free?’
Or maybe the question is ‘What value does your course provide?’
My Course is a a series of several modules that help you study for your green belt exam.
The first module covers studying strategy, an-assessment exam, downloads, and other helpful items.
Modules 2-10 Organize what you need to study by topic; Define, Measure, Analysis, Improvement, Control, Lean, and DFSS. Each module has many Units that dive deeper into specific topics. For example, Process Mapping.
Each module does provide references to different pages on the site where you can refresh your understanding of that topics – in that way, each section has one page that is similar to the IASSC page you linked to below.
The goal of my study guide isn’t to teach beginners about Six Sigma. The goal is to help you study. To that end there 1000 questions each with detailed explanations of why each option on a question is right, and why the other options are wrong. And yes, those detailed explanations include links to pages on the website with greater detail on that topic.
Module 12 has 5 full-length exams that will simulate what you will see on exam day. There is no better way to practice than by experiencing exactly what you will see when you try to get certified.
If you are looking for a course to teach you Six Sigma, this is not it. If you have learned the material already and want the best chance to pass your exam, give this course a chance. I’ve helped many people pass their exam. And I offer a 30 day full refund if you don’t like it. On top of that I offer a full refund if you pass all of the practices exams and quizzes but don’t pass your exam. Since I created this course 100% of the candidates who studied and passed all of the exams and quizzes in the course passed their exams on the first try.
You probably have more questions. I have answers to many questions towards the bottom of this page. If you have any other questions I can help out with, please let me know.
